• Part-Time Payroll Process

    All part-time positions must be planned in advance and discussed with the respective Assistant. Superintendent of the school. Always be aware of your budget.
    Make sure there is money available on the payroll line prior to submittal. Degree must be with Rec. *If paying the employee at the Degree rate.
    All Teacher Certifications must be up-to-date/not expired. 

    Payroll Rules prior to submission: 

    • All Fund Types:
      No prospective employee is to begin work until the Principal/Dept Head has received written approval from the Superintendent
      Part-time staff should only work when students are in attendance, no staff may work on holidays, snow days, etc. 
      Approvals are for the current Fiscal Year only (Terms: July 1st - June 30th) 

    • General Funds *190:
      Submit completed Part-Time Rec for Hires using General Funds accounts to Nikki Constance.
      Time sheets and pre-runs must also be submitted to Nikki as outlined in the Payroll Schedule below. 

    • Interdistrict Funds *270
      Submit completed Part-Time Rec for Hires using General Funds accounts to Ann Casey.
      Time sheets and pre-runs must also be submitted to Ann as outlined in the Payroll Schedule below. 

    • Special Funds *25 
      Submit completed Part-Time Rec for Hires using General Funds accounts to Luz Rivera.
      Time sheets and pre-runs must also be submitted to Luz & Simret as outlined in the Payroll Schedule below.
