Transportation Information for Families

Hello NHPS Families!

Welcome to the 23-24 School Year! Following are bus information resources to support our families.

•    You can see your student's bus stop information by accessing PowerSchool or the First View app. Please check PowerSchool regularly for bus updates. 

•    You can locate your student’s bus via GPS tracking data by accessing the First View app. Please download the free First View app via Google Play or the Apple Store, choose NHPS, and enter your student's ID number to access their information. You can find your student ID number in PowerSchool.

•    To request changes or updates to your student’s bus stop, please email TRANSPORTATION-ALL@new-haven.k12.ct.us. 

•    To raise any concern about your student’s bus, please access First Feedback:  https://firstfeedback.com/
