Any senior interested in playing in the alumni softball game at the Waterfront Festival should sign up with Pete on Monday.
Any students interested in the after school Vessel Operations crew training program should come to room 307 on Tuesday, May 12th at 2:40pm.
Attention Seniors - The senior trip to Six Flags New England will be on Thursday 5/28. We will leave Sound at 9:30am and return around 5pm. Please complete the permission slip (available on Google Classroom from your English teacher) and return it to Megan with your $100 by Friday, May 22nd.
Free during G Period TODAY? Come down to Kevin’s room to participate in the Mother’s Day card making event hosted by the Student Council. A movie will be shown, so make sure you come with recommendations! This event will be hosted in Anderson 610.
Good morning, Sound School! Applications for the 2026–2027 FFA Chapter Officer Team are now open.
Being an FFA Chapter Officer is an honor and a responsibility, and we are proud of every member who chooses to take this step toward leadership in our chapter. Before completing your application, please make sure to review the important dates and the application checklist included on the form.
Applications are due by TODAY at 2:30 PM.

The two week Sound School summer FJ sailing program will take place this summer from Monday, July 6th to Friday, July 17th from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. If you are interested in participating in the program or want more details about it, just type John Buell into your school Gmail or text him at 203-606-2144. There are program flyers posted around the school and attached to the electronic version of these announcements if you want to remember the phone number. No experience necessary!
There will be a book drive at Sound School from May 5th to May 18th. Please donate NEW or GENTLY used books (kindergarten to second grade level) in one of the bins located in every building. These books will be donated to one of the schools in our community. Thank You!

2026 WATERFRONT RAFFLE DONATIONS NEEDED! We’re currently collecting donations for the Sound School 2026 Waterfront Raffle! We are looking for gift cards, themed baskets, and raffle items of any size—big or small. Every contribution makes a difference. All proceeds go directly to the PAC Senior Scholarship Fund and the general fund, supporting our graduating seniors and our school community.
