Hillhouse Color Guard, JROTC cadets to Represent at Veterans Day Ceremony

On Veterans Day, Saturday, we honor veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces. It is a day to show our gratitude to those who have worked to protect and defend our nation. In addition, I would like to express my own thanks to Army Sergeant First Class (Retired) Lisa Rodriguez, the James Hillhouse Color Guard, and the cadets from the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps who will represent us at Saturday’s 1 p.m. Veterans Day Ceremony at the Vietnam Memorial at Long Wharf. And congratulations to SFC Rodriguez, who will be honored with the Veteran's Day Commitment Award at the ceremony.
