    Dr. Iline Tracey is Challenging NHPS Students to complete The New Haven Public Library Reading Program.


    New Haven Public Schools and The NHFPL invites teams of library patrons of all ages to read and attend virtual library programs and community events to earn prizes. Team members can track their activities online using the link below or at home, following the directions on the back. Don’t wait*, go to our website or give us a call to sign up today!

    Summer of Fun Pre-K Program t Wexler Grant School

    If your child did not complete a full year of in-person preschool, THIS is the camp for him/her! Participating (3-5 year-old) students will receive breakfast, lunch & snacks, field trips, hands-on literacy, math and science activities, free weekly books, and a book bag filled with school essentials at the end of the program. Space is limited! Register before June 11th to receive a special gift.

    Nathan Hale Moana JR. Theater Summer Program (7-14 years)

    NHPS Families, Nathan Hale's Moana Jr. Theatre Program for FREE as we have joined the New Haven Public School Summer of Fun Program. Only able to accept 35 students ages 7-14.

    PreK Summer Learning Camp Application
    Join us for a fun-filled, summer learning experience for PreK students entering kindergarten in the fall of 2021. Our summer program will be held from July 1 - July 30, 2021, four hours a day, Monday-Friday.

    • Career Pathways and Social Justice Summer Camp (All Students: Grades 6-12) 8am - 2pm.
    • Sullivan Academy (Basketball Camp) Boys and Girls ages 5-16, 8:30am - 2:30pm
    • Elm City Cheer Camp (Cheerleading)
    • Hillhouse Summer Series Credit Recovery (Grades 9-12) Students can earn two full credits. July 1st- August 6th, 8am-12:30pm.

    • Multilingual Learners English Language Academy/Academia de Ingles para los Estudiantes Multilingües de. Students can earn up to two full credits. Los estudiantes podrán recibir hasta 2 créditos. Grades: 9-12th, July 1 - July 30th, 8:30am-12:30pm

    • Brown Girls; Cooking and Conversation (Grades 8-10) Mentorship Program designed to support spiritual and physical well-being of teenage girls of color. August 6.
