About The Program:
Welcome! Our program consists of eight components which comprise New Haven Public Schools' Coordinated School Health model. The purpose of the NHPS Coordinated School Health approach is to enhance the integration and coordination of existing resources, strengthen coalitions and build new partnerships so that all students will adopt healthy behaviors and experience academic, social and personal success.What are the eight components of the Coordinated School Health model?
Comprehensive Health Education (Pre-K to 12)
