Cross Culinary Team off to Nationals

The Wilbur Cross Culinary program won top honors at the state ProStart competition sponsored by the Connecticut Restaurant Association held at Gateway Community College on March 3rd.
Chef Nate Bradshaw's, Chef Valus and Lisa Lapidus along with the team of student culinary wizards topped the field in both Management and Culinary competitions.  The team will now head to nationals in South Carolina in April.
