Launch of Saturday Technology and Gaming Academies

New Haven Public Schools has announced the creation of the Saturday Technology and Gaming Academies which will launch on January 9th at four of our K-8 schools (Troup, Roberto Clemente, Wexler-Grant, Fair Haven). Saturday Academy is an extension of our reading and math curriculum through technology such as gaming and other online learning experiences. Students will have the opportunity to receive additional reading and math support from New Haven Public School teachers and staff while developing skills for the future.
We are very excited to kick off the program with training for Teachers and Paraprofessionals on Saturday, December 12th from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Clemente School. We will provide breakfast and lunch.
If you are interested in attending the training please fill out the attached application and return to Hunter Prendergast.
