The Residency Program is a groundbreaking collaboration between Achievement First, a growing, non-profit network of 25 high-performing, college-preparatory, K to 12 public charter schools, and traditional public school districts in New Haven, Hartford and Bridgeport  to recruit, train and support a corps of future leaders for traditional public schools. The program has been in existence for three years; this year marks its first formal graduation ceremony.
