The Five Bold Goals Are

1. By 2008, 95% of students will be ready to succeed by the end of kindergarten.
2. By 2008, 95% of students will achieve math and literacy standards.
3. By 2008, the achievement gap will be no more than 5% for defined student subgroups
4. By 2008, 95% of students will master the necessary social skills for success in school and life
5. By 2008, 95% of students entering 9th grade will graduate ready for college, post secondary education, military or the workforce
