The mission of New Haven Public School Foundation, Inc. is to mobilize and distribute resources that support and enhance New Haven public school education.
Our Goals:
- Acquire and distribute funds to support and enhance innovative programs, special projects and recognition for student achievement.
- Enhance learning by facilitating cooperative learning ventures among community groups, organizations, businesses, individuals and the school district.
- Reconnect graduates, attendees and friends of NHPS while providing opportunities to support projects, special events and volunteer needs.

NHPS Foundation Awards Mini-Grants
NHPS Foundation serves as the central registration, screening and placement service for school based volunteer programs in New Haven Public Schools. Volunteer opportunities are available during school hours and in after school programs supported by New Haven Public Schools.
This new program seeks to reconnect former students, graduates, retirees and friends of New Haven Public Schools. We're building a central database and will host annual events for alumni.
